The Bier Stube was about to kick off their summer of events series last June, but wanted promotion better than what the beer vendors would give them. So the manager of the Stube who was familiar with my work, came to me for creative help. My inspiration came from each particular event.
This piece came about after I found an old boom box at the Salvation Army for five bucks. I took a picture of the stereo and recreated it in illustrator. I think the stereo works perfectly with the title of the band playing that night "Sound & Vision." For more posters from this series check out my archive.
